Last year was full of active convention participation and we hope that this year is even better! Keep an eye out for which conventions Orange Anime will be attending and hosting events/panels at. Orange Anime Hosts Epic Events

As the end of the year begins to wrap up, Orange Anime's intense convention involvement is only just beginning!
With dedicated staff, Orange Anime (OA) will be heralding in a new year of anime conventions by getting further involved with those in charge of them.
Just recently at their November convention, OA could be found hosting a panel or game show at any given time in the Orange Anime room. This room was filled with not only the OA army, but also with convention goers who have never heard of OA until now.

FUNimation cancels Operation Anime

North America's largest anime distributer made an announcement recently and it will dishearten many anime fans and clubs:

"Effective immediately FUNimation Entertainment will no longer accept new clubs or requests for its Operation Anime program. Although Operation Anime is discontinuing service, we will honor all screening requests and mailings scheduled thru December 1, 2011."
